In our recent project focusing on basic curvilinear forms, such as spheres, cones, and cylinders, we employed the concept of dominant, subdominant, and subordinate elements, and also we had an additional challenge of the diagonal axis. Beginning with careful consideration of these fundamental shapes, we sketched our ideas and then we crafted prototypes using thermocol and pop. Each component was meticulously designed to fulfill its role within the hierarchy, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious composition. Through the manipulation of proportions, volumes, and relationships, we aimed to achieve a balanced unity in our designs. This approach not only allowed us to explore the inherent beauty of curvilinear forms but also provided valuable insights into the principles of form and function. Ultimately, the use of thermocol and pop facilitated the realization of our vision, transforming conceptual ideas into tangible prototypes.
